Sales coaching – Performance talks (RAC) course includes a theory section and an e-simulation on how to carry out performance talks according to the RAC-model.
The theory section gives you an overview of the essentials in the RAC-model. You will learn the basic theory behind how to carry out a RAC-talk.
The e-simulation gives you the opportunity to train on preparing and holding a RAC-talk in practice. Your virtual coach will give you feedback and support along the way. In order to be fully certified you need to have 100% correct answers.
